Refund policy
ICONIC denim will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging for store credit only. Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission of the return request. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
All jewelry, shoes, hats, handbags and custom items are final sale and non-refundable.
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee or we may decline the entire return. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.
Please allow ICONIC denim 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your store credit. We will email you as soon as the return has processed and credit has been issued.
